Cancellation and/or No Show Conditions

The Refund Rules are applicable if and only if a deposit or the entire reservation has been paid prior to the excursion.

Article 1 – Cancellation by the Customer:

Preamble: The time indicated below has as an hourly reference: 08:00 AM (morning) of the day concerned by the excursion. If the Customer decides to cancel their Booking after payment for the activity, the Cancellation Fees will apply as attached: 48 h before the date reserved for the activity: 100% of the amount of the reservation will be refunded. Between 24 hours and 12 hours (minimum) before the reserved date: 50% of the amount of the reservation will be refunded. Between 12 noon and departure time: NO REFUND. In the event of a “No Show” (non-presence of the Client at the excursion) or in the event of a significant delay preventing departure trip, cancellation fees will be retained as ‘Last Minute Cancellation. No refund will be made. No cancellation will be possible once the activity has started. Weather: If the Customer decides not to participate in the excursion while it is maintained, no refund will be made. If the Client practicing the activity can no longer participate, the latter may give up his place to someone else. If the Reservation was made in his name, he must inform POSH as soon as possible to change the name and provide the name of the other person who will use.

Article 2 – Cancellation by POSH

In the case of cancellation of the excursion made by POSH: Either is a “Technical” problem or Weather conditions We will refund the full amount to the Customer or offer another day depending on availability.

Article 3 – Refund

The notice of cancellation by the Customer will only be effective when it is received by e-mail sent to POSH: info@poshsamui.com  or a Whats’App message at +66 910438000. The notice of cancellation by POSH will be effective from the sending of an email to the client concerned or during a telephone contact between POSH and the Customer.
